The 72 Show - Episode 2.1 (with Russ Milton)

The 72 Show returns! Anthony Kendrick is joined by Cheltenham assistant manager Russ Milton joins to review the Football League Season so far.

Newcastle were expected to walk the Championship following their relegation, but haven't had it all their own way on the pitch. We review Rafael Benitez's decision to stay and the number of transfer dealings. Aston Villa and Norwich's chances of an instant return to the Premier League are also reviewed. The shock leaders at the top are Huddersfield, who are joined by Fulham with unbeaten records.

Looking at League One, we look at top of the table side Bolton, who have started the season with four wins and followed it up with two draws. Are there any other sides who can compete to win the league?

With Russ Milton on the show, we look at Cheltenham in depth in League Two. What is an achievable aim this season? Luton are top of the league under new manager Nathan Jones, who was previously a coach at Brighton. Cambridge and Accrington have had poor starts to the season after finishing 4th and 8th last season, can they turn things around?

We finish with a debate on the new FIFA rules which have ended emergency loans. To protect sporting integrity, the only loans are allowed is a 7 day goalkeeper loan. Is this fair?
